Mojave 10.14.2 Front USB ports not working

I was running High Sierra with all functionality and did a clean install of Mojave 10.14.2

I used Hackintosher.com Config.plist initially and suggested Kexts. I have since pulled out all the non-applicable ones for my build.

Everything else is working, but I can't get the front USB 3.0's working at full speed.

​

I have inserted this into the Config.plist through the Clover Configurator: (This now has the front USB's working, they weren't before this)

USBInjectAll.kext

Through the back USB 3.0 ports I am getting Write/Read 80/250 (MB/s)

Through the front USB 3.0 ports I am getting Write/Read 39/42 (MB/s)
