i9-9900k and RX 580 for iOS development only - overkill?

I work as an iOS developer and just got green light from my manager to build a hackintosh just for work. This will not be my first hackintosh - I got one running at home so I know most the drill. What I don't know and really appreciate your feedback on is whether it is worth the money to throw an i9-9900k and a RX 580 for a solely iOS development only machine. As it stands, Xcode makes my Macbook scream through all its vents, and I can finish a coffee in the time Xcode does a clean build. Was looking to build a machine that could ease the development process, while eliminating the need for me to carry that load of a 15" Macbook Pro back and forth everyday from home to work. Here are some of my thoughts and questions:

  • Does throwing an i9 on it helps (with Xcode dev, specifically), or should I just settle for a cheaper core?
  • I am really aiming for a mini-ITX motherboard, but if I want both a PCI-e BCM94360 and a RX-580, I have to get at least a micro-ATX
  • I probably need the BCM94360 because at work my colleagues throw files around on AirDrop all the time, and I just want it to work reliably
  • I'm not even sure if RX 580 is even needed because I don't do anything graphics heavy and I might just be comfortable with the integrated graphics
  • Budget is unrestricted, but of course I still want to make sure what I spend on justifies the cost and the utility
