Has anyone dealt with error code -50? It seems to only affect my hackintosh.

My main goal is to transfer videos that I've created in Adobe Premiere and transfer them to an external HDD that I have connected to my router. However, sometimes I get an error code -50, which states "The operation can't be completed because an unexpected error occurred". "Sometimes" is key because this doesn't occur all the time. I have been successful transferring files, even files 2 GB and up without error codes. So I just can't understand why it shows up, seemingly at random.

As an example, the video file I am currently trying to move onto the network drive but am having problems with is: 232.2 MB, MPEG-4, 1280x720, AAC-H.264, and 3 minutes and 29 seconds long.

According to this it's known as an "error in user parameter list" and google searching this has not been successful whatsoever (most replies are pretty 4+ years old).

I believe it's related to my hackintosh. To test, I plugged in a flash drive to my hackintosh, copied the video file to the flash drive, from the flash drive, copied to network HDD, error code -50 as usual. So then, with the same flash drive and video file, I plugged it into my MacBook Pro, copied the video file to the network HDD, and it worked, no error codes at all.

If any of you guys could help, this would be such a big help.
