Half working graphics acceleration on Mojave.

So i've recently just successfully installed Mojave on my HP EliteBook 8560w with the following specs: Intel Core i7-2630qm 2.0GHz Nvidia Quadro 1000m 2GB

But, i have an issue; Graphics are only halfway accelerated. It works out OOB with Inject Nvidia, but there is no transparency. And About Mac shows that the card only has 1GB Vram while it has 2.

One example is the dock shown in the screenshots.
