First Vanilla build, Ivy Bridge, x79, recommendations needed

Hello there noble Hackintosh community!

I'm planning to build my first Vanilla Hackintosh.

My setup will be:

CPU: Ivy Bridge,LGA 2011, i7 4930K now @ 3.4 GHz but OC'ed in future to 4.2 GHz (tested in Win)

Cooled by: Noctua NH-D14

MoBo: ASUS P9x79 PRO

RAM: GeIL Evo Leggera, DDR3 32GB, 1866MHz, CL9

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 770 2GB DDR5

SSD: SAMSUNG EVO 840 500GB

PSU: SeaSonic X-850

CASE: Corsair Obsidian Series 750D

I have some questions:

1. Can I go with OS Mojave?
2. What Symbios model should I choose?
3. Do I need addictional GPU drivers as it is natively supported (from what I've read)?
4. What Kexts should I have on my Installation pendrive to be safe and have everything on me?
