Hi. I wanted to enable double tap to drag on my Hack. I used this Utility to install the preference pane (which was possibly taken from El Capitan). Next, I would go to System Preferences>Accessiblity>Mouse and Trackpad Options>Trackpad Options. But I can't find the button for "Trackpad Options". How do I get "double tap to drag"?
