Apple Photos in Windows using virtualization or?

Hi everyone,

I had Macs around for years, but currently I am without one. I need to use Mac OS to get into my Photos library that I have backed up. I don’t need to do much heavy stuff, just add some photos to our iCloud albums and clean up a bit. What would be the best option for that?

I have a gaming PC with Intel i7-8700K and GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, could I either dual boot something on this, or run a VM on this?

I also have my Dell R720 server running VMWare ESXi. I just got the server recently, and I am just messing with it for near long currently. Could I run something on this maybe to not mess with my gaming rig?
