Any advice on building a low-cost desktop hackintosh?

Hi all, i was reading about all successful hackintosh here over r/hackintosh.

I was wondering to build mine for fun. I'm a student, so I only need eclipse, safari for browsing and reading emails and maybe other IDEs.

I don't want to spend a lot of money on it, but I want a good desktop setup to do an hackintosh(I will upgrade it further, if I need).
