Can't format my drive for High Sierra install.

I have 2x SSD's: 250gb 850 pro, 500gb 850 evo.
HDD: 3TB
I currently have windows installed on the 250gb one which I want to format and change to mac os and give the 500gb one to windows. In the disk utility it shows me several options:

  • name size type
  • disk2s1 134.2mb microsoft reserved
  • disk0s1 471.9mb windows recovery
  • 500gb 499.53gb sata internal physical volume
  • storage 3tb pci internal physical volume
  • disk0s3 16.8mb microsoft reserved
  • disk0s4 254.55gb sata internal physical volume
  • disk0s5 915.4mb windows recovery
  • disk1s2 471.9mb 0x27

I tried selecting disk0s4 -> erase -> Format APFS -> Erase process has failed. MediaKit reports not enough space on device for requested operation.
