Hi, I really hope someone can help me. I started the HS update within Sierra and it constantly freezes with
hfs: unmount initiated on Macintosh SSD on device b(1, 2)
My hardware:
- i5-7600k
- Z270 Board
- GTX 1080
I'm using the iMac15,1 SMBIOS and have updated my Kexts and added the latest apfs.efi
What I tried:
- Removed all Kext and used a vanilla clover config
- Injecting Intel GPU and removing my external GPU completely
- Starting the installation without APFS conversion
- Starting from USB
- Using iMac18,X SMBIOS
I can't believe this update is so complicated ... thanks a lot for your help.
